Step up to Help Kids during Ace Hardware Bucket Days Aug. 4-6 and Change Kids’ Health
Ace customers like the reward of transformation. The ability to build, create and improve. That is why the helpful place makes it easy to create lasting change, including how Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, a member hospital of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, cares for kids.

Each year, more kids need the custom care that only children’s hospitals provide. Children’s hospitals are on the frontlines when it comes to protecting the health of future generations. But they can’t do it alone.
When you step up to help kids and buy a miracle bucket at Ace Hardware, for five dollars, that donation goes to the local member hospital, CHoR — unlocking a world of possibilities. Allowing children, the opportunity to lead healthy, fulfilling lives while also fostering the builders and creators of tomorrow. Find an Ace Hardware & Equipment near you.
Patients like Lily, the 2023 Ace All-Star. Lily was diagnosed with Down syndrome shortly after she was born in 2012 at her local children’s hospital. Lily’s mom remembers sitting in the NICU with her while also worrying. Much of her mom’s worry stemmed from not understanding what Down syndrome meant for her or her daughter, but out of that fear, came clarity. Thanks to donations through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Lily received the care she needed to be the special little dynamo, a firecracker girl who will melt your heart when you meet her. At just 10 years old, Lily Baker is already a strong, funny, and exuberant little girl with a love of fries, singing along loudly to Bohemian Rhapsody and dancing her heart out.

Together, we see what the future can be and are working to make it a reality. Because when we change kids’ health, we change the future – for all of us.
