Anthem LemonAid 2020 kicks off with a *twist*!

Anthem LemonAid 2020 is going virtual! In honor of our 20th anniversary of helping Richmond-area children and families faced with cancer diagnoses, we are filling the summer with four lemon-inspired, interactive challenges, all sure to offer the tradition of LemonAid’s great summertime memory-making but with a *twist*!

For the months of July and August, we once again invite families, businesses and community organizations to join us in making a big difference for local kids fighting cancer.

This year, Anthem LemonAid will consist of four virtual challenges that you can do with family, friends, business colleagues, and more. The four challenges are:

• Put the Squeeze on Cancer Lemon Challenge – record yourself biting into a lemon.
• Kick-out Cancer Sports Challenge sponsored by The Goddard School – incorporate a lemon into your favorite sport.
• Stir Up a Cure Baking Challenge sponsored by Primrose Schools – create a lemon-inspired dish.
• Paint Away Cancer Art Challenge sponsored by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield – create a piece of lemon inspired art.

You can register online, choose one or more of our challenges to participate in, and follow along on social media. Also, new this year, participants can unlock special LemonAid swag and win exciting prize packages!

Our mission of raising funds to support the Hematology and Oncology Clinic at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU is still the same. The teams at CHoR and the families served are counting on us so our work must continue on. And because of this, we are counting on you – our village!

100% of all funds raised will support kids fighting cancer at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU.
